Sea conditions are dynamic and cannot be reliably represented by a permanent safety rating.

Community art has become another defining layer. The nearby Trung Thanh settlement was transformed through a Korea–Vietnam community-art initiative in 2016, with murals depicting local people and everyday coastal life.
