Hai Tien Beach lies on Thanh Hoa's northern-central coast, in the present-day communes of Hoang Tien and Hoang Thanh. Current provincial tourism reporting describes a coastline of more than 12 kilometres, framed by the Lach Truong area to the north, the lower Ma River coastal system and the Cung River landscape.
